Q: What is included in my sewing pattern purchase?

A: Each purchase includes 4 PDF Files: 

•  A print at home version of the sewing pattern you can print and assemble yourself.  It is formatted        to work with 8 1/2 by 11 or A4 paper

• An A0 Copyshop version of the pattern which you can send to a copyshop or large format printing         service to have them print it for you.

•  A projector file formatted to work with a sewing pattern projector (no need to print).

• A step-by-step tutorial with photos that explains exactly how to sew the pattern. The tutorial includes guidance to help you customize the fit, cutting charts, and helpful sewing tips.

        

Q:  I've never used a PDF sewing pattern before.  Is there any additional information to help me get started?

A. Yes!  This blog post will walk you through the different file types and how to use them.

 

Q: Help!  I can't find the link to the pattern I purchased, or the link has expired.

 

A: No problem, simply email me at joanna@littlecastleshop.com with your name, the email address you used to purchase the pattern and (if you can find it) the order number so I can resend the link to your pattern.

Q:  I have a small sewing business. Can I sell items made from your patterns?

​

A: I am happy for my fellow small business owners to sell items made from my patterns with a few caveats:

• You must be a small handmade business sewing the items yourself (you cannot pay someone else to sew it for you, and you cannot out source to a production partner). 

• Please credit me as the pattern designer. You can tag me on instagram as @littlecastledesigns or include a link to my website. This way, our businesses can support each other (I am also happy to shout out your business or social media handle if you tag me in a post showing what you made fromone of my patterns).

• You are responsible for any items made and sold from my sewing patterns. 

 

Q: Do you offer refunds for sewing patterns?

A: Due to the digital nature of sewing patterns, I am unable to offer refunds. If you are unhappy for any reason, or you are having difficulties in sewing your pattern, please email me at joanna@littlecastleshop.com so I can assist you with the pattern.

Q: I  am interested in ordering a custom dress or other garment(s). Can you sew something from me?

A: Yes!  I would be delighted.  You can start the custom order process by visting this page.

Q:  Do you still sell handmade clothing at markets?

​

A: Yes! I visit several markets in the upstate South Carolina area.  You can find my market schedule here.
